Harlequin Junior Player Registration and Membership

 

Junior Player registration and club membership is a one step process through the Rugby Australia ‘Rugby Xplorer’ site.  Parents can register one or more children through the site or smartphone app. All players must be registered to play.

The Rugby Australia registration and Harlequin Club Junior Membership fees for 2026 are:

The fee covers both your Rugby Australia Registration and your Harlequin Membership:

  • Rugby AU Registration: Details on what it involves and covers can be found here on the Rugby Australia site.
  • Harlequin Junior Club Membership: Harlequin club junior membership includes a customised Harlequin playing shirt for U8 – U18s and U4 – U7s will receive at item of kit from Rugby Australia. You will be emailed when these are ready for collection
  • Players are provided club jerseys to wear for matches
  • Club shorts, socks and merchandise can be purchased at the club fortnightly on Wednesday nights at training between 6.30pm – 7.45pm (from 23 March 2026)

  • Under 8 – 18 registration is open NOW
  • Under 4-5 Get into Rugby – Walla and Under 6-7 Get into Rugby – Tri-time is open NOW

How to Register and Pay your Membership:

1. Click on the green button below and it will take you to Rugby Xplorer site (or you can download the rugby Xplorer app)

2. Login to your account OR if you are new to rugby create an account

3. Click “Register”

4. Click on the “Find a club” option

5. Search “Harlequins” and select “Harlequins Junior Rugby Club”

6. Select registration type: “Player” for “Season” or “Training only participant” for “Season” (Note: If you select training, you will need to upgrade to “season” before playing)

7. Select “XV’s Juniors” for Under 8 – 18 participants, “Get into Rugby – Walla” for Under 4-5 participants and “Get into Rugby – Tri-time” for Under 6-7 participants

8. Follow the prompts to complete registration and pay fees. You will receive a receipt via email which you can show our merchandise team to collect your club kit.

You can also download the Rugby Xplorer app and register through the app.

Players who are not registered through Rugby Australia via Rugby Xplorer are not permitted to train or play at Harlequins as they are not covered by the Insurance program run by Rugby Australia.
