Senior Player Registration and Membership

All players at all age levels need to be registered with Rugby Australia and be a Member of Harlequins

The fees for Senior players in 2026 are as follows – all Senior Player memberships include a Club Training Jersey. NOTE: Club playing shorts and socks need to be purchased.

To complete your registration and to pay your Harlequin membership, please follow the two steps below.

For your Harlequin membership, Seniors, Colts and Students/Apprentices/U23’s can pay in full now or in two installments – simply select your option in Step 2 below.

Women’s team Players (an already discounted membership rate) and Masters have the one payment option.

Step 1

Rugby Xplorer Registration

To register with Rugby Australia, please click the link to go through to Rugby Xplorer.

Rugby Australia Registration: Detailed Instructions

Click on the blue button above and it will take you to Rugby Xplorer site (or you can download the Rugby Xplorer app)
Login to your account OR if you are new to rugby create an account
Click “Register”
Click on the “Find a club” option
Search “Harlequins” and select “Harlequins Rugby Club – Rugby VIC Seniors, Rugby Victoria”
Select registration type: “Player” for Season”
Select “XV’s”.
Follow the prompts to complete registration and pay Rugby Australia fees of $220 + Credit card fees.

Please note registering with Rugby Australia does not pay your Harlequin Membership Fees. You need to pay both your Rugby Au registration through Rugby Xplorer and your Harlequin Membership through the links above.

Step 2

Harlequin Membership – Two Options

Seniors, Colts and Students/Apprentices/U23’s have two options when paying your Harlequin Membership. You can pay 100% now or pay it in two installments.
